Service Policy
Welcome to Elements Of G, where premium fitness, wellness, and mastery come together in an elevated training environment. To ensure the highest standard of safety, professionalism, and experience for all members, the following policies apply to every participant, guest, and member of our studio.
1. GENERAL SERVICE POLICY
Membership & Participation
By accessing the studio, booking a class, or participating in any program, you agree to follow all policies, rules, and guidelines set forth by Elements Of G.
Safety & Conduct
Members are expected to respect instructors, fellow participants, and all studio property. All equipment must be used safely and only as instructed.
Equipment Provided
Elements Of G provides:
- gTonnicks mats
- The gBalance Bar (gBB)
- Studio props
- Towels (optional to bring your own)
Boxing gloves are not provided.
Members must bring their own gloves or purchase a pair at the studio before class.
2. CLASS POLICIES
Footwear Policy
- No shoes are allowed in mat-based classes.
- Grip-sole socks are recommended and permitted.
- Clean indoor shoes may be required for specific non-mat classes.
Mobile Phone Policy
To maintain a focused environment:
- Phones must be muted
- Phones must be left in vehicles or at the front desk
- No phones are allowed inside the workout studio
Limited Class Size & Reservations
All classes have limited capacity.
To secure your personal mat or equipment station:
- Reservations must be made at least 8 hours in advance
- Each space corresponds to a specific mat, bag, or gBB station
Check-In Requirement
Members must:
- Reserve class via the booking system
- Check in at the front desk prior to entering the studio
Failure to check in will result in a non-refundable $45 No-Show Fee.
Switching Spots
If you change your spot:
- You must inform the front desk before class begins
- Failure to do so may result in a no-show charge due to mismatched attendance logs
3. LATE POLICY
To maintain punctuality and class flow, Elements Of G enforces a strict late policy.
Grace Period
- Members have a 5-minute grace period from the class start time.
- After 5 minutes, entry is not permitted.
- A non-refundable $45 No-Show Fee will be charged.
Spot Reassignment
Members arriving within the 5-minute grace period may lose their original mat or bag number and be reassigned to an available spot.
4. NO-SHOW POLICY
A no-show occurs when:
- You do not attend a reserved class
- You fail to check in at the front desk
- You arrive more than 5 minutes late
- You switch spots without notifying the front desk
All no-shows are charged a non-refundable $45 fee.
5. LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
Elements Of G requires:
- A 12-hour cancellation window for all classes
- Cancellations made within 12 hours will result in a non-refundable $45 Late Cancellation Fee
6. BOOK YOUR SPOT POLICY
If you arrive late or past the grace period:
- Your reserved mat or bag may be released
- Your spot may be reassigned
- A no-show fee will apply
7. PERSONAL TRAINING POLICY
Personal Training sessions may be:
- Private (1-on-1)
- Semi-private (2–3 participants)
Training packages are structured as follows:
- Sessions are designed to be completed within the month
- 1-week grace period for once-weekly sessions
- 2-week grace period for twice-weekly or higher frequency
- Packages renew automatically upon completion or at the end of the grace period
- Unused sessions are forfeited
- Extended pauses beyond the grace period require a Reserved Time Retainer to maintain your training slot

8. LIABILITY RELEASE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By participating in any program at Elements Of G, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
I understand that physical training — including but not limited to boxing, strength training, stretching, martial movement, and conditioning — involves inherent physical risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
Health Certification
I confirm that:
- I am physically able to participate
- I have no medical condition that would make training unsafe
- I am responsible for consulting a physician if needed
Release of Liability
I hereby release Elements Of G, its owners, agents, instructors, and employees from any claims, demands, or liabilities resulting from participation, except in cases of proven willful misconduct.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elements Of G from any claims arising from my own actions or misuse of equipment.
Loss of Property
Elements Of G is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen belongings
- Items left unattended
- Damage to personal property
9. AGREEMENT TO POLICIES
By purchasing a membership, booking a class, or entering the studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of the Elements Of G Service Policy & Liability Release.
