Garba “Mister G” Onadja
For over three decades, Garba “MisterG” Onadja has made it his mission—both personally and professionally—to inspire and empower individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels to transform their bodies and their lives. His journey began in West Africa, where he was raised with a deep respect for the power of a healthy, active lifestyle—a philosophy that became his life’s calling.

While living in France, Mister G envisioned a revolutionary fitness system that would go beyond trends and tap into the true essence of mind-body connection. His goal: to create a method that delivered not just results, but transformation. That vision ultimately became gTonnicks—a uniquely integrated workout drawing from the disciplines Mister G has mastered and taught for years, including classical ballet, gymnastics, and martial arts.
MisterG’s influence has reached thousands across the globe, thanks to his innovative approach and his unwavering, motivational spirit. His accolades are many, but one of his most cherished honors came from the Los Angeles Daily News readers, who voted him “Most Motivational Instructor.”

A true pioneer in the fitness and martial arts world, Mister G’s accomplishments include serving as a self-defense and body-conditioning instructor for the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Peace Corps. He was a member of the 1988 Seoul Olympic Tae Kwon Do exhibition team and, in 2004, was inducted into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame in Los Angeles.
MisterG continues to lead by example—energizing, challenging, and inspiring every person who walks through his doors.
