ELEMENTS OF G – MERCH & ITEMS PURCHASE POLICY

1. Overview
All merchandise offered by Elements Of G is part of a curated, limited-edition, and exclusive collection. As such, all sales are final unless otherwise noted in this policy.
Personal Pre-Order Items
Certain items may be specially ordered exclusively for you.
These orders require a Special Order Fee equal to 50% of the item’s total cost, due at the time of purchase.
- This fee is applied toward the full purchase price.
- The Special Order Fee is non-refundable if you choose not to take the item once it has been ordered.
- An exception applies only if the item is purchased by another customer within 90 days.
2. Return Eligibility
While most items are final sale, select merchandise may be eligible for return.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and materials included.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and licensing reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, beverages, flowers)
- Newspapers or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Certain health and personal care items
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued only under specific conditions:
- Books showing obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, videotapes, software, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt and indicating whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
If Your Refund Seems Delayed
If you have not received your refund:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider—posted refunds may take time to appear.
- Contact your bank regarding internal processing delays.

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final sale.
7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
For exchanges:

8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift:
- The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
- Transit times for exchanged items may vary by location.
- For higher-value returns, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
