Attendance, Commitment & Discipline Policy
The Youth gMartial Powers Program is a structured developmental system rooted in martial discipline, personal responsibility, and consistency. Participation in the program is a commitment, not a casual activity.
Attendance & Tuition
- Monthly tuition secures a student’s reserved training space and program access.
- Tuition is due in full each month regardless of attendance.
- Absences—whether due to travel, illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons—do not affect monthly payments.
- The program does not offer make-up classes for missed sessions.
This policy ensures fairness, program integrity, and consistent instruction for all enrolled students.
No Make-Up Classes
- Each class builds upon prior lessons and group progression.
- Allowing make-up sessions would disrupt training flow and diminish the collective learning environment.
- Parents are encouraged to prioritize scheduled classes to support steady progress and confidence.
Discipline, Commitment & Consistency
Discipline is not punitive—it is formative.
The gMartial Powers curriculum is designed to instill:
- Commitment to a schedule
- Consistency in effort and practice
- Respect for structure, instructors, and peers
- Personal accountability from an early age
Regular attendance reinforces these values and is essential to both physical development and character formation.
Parent Responsibility
Parents and guardians are expected to:
- Support consistent attendance
- Reinforce punctuality and preparedness
- Communicate absences in advance when possible
- Align with the program’s philosophy of discipline and follow-through
Program Integrity
The Youth gMartial Powers Program maintains limited class sizes and a high standard of instruction. Policies are in place to preserve the quality, structure, and mission of the program for every family enrolled.
By enrolling, parents and students acknowledge and accept these standards as part of the training journey.
